Mamiya 645

About 10 years ago I bought this Mamiya 645 on eBay for about $20. I shot some black and white 120 film at a couple of reenactment events. It came with a 90mm and 60mm lens. The waist level viewfinder was corroded and I ended up purchasing a new waist level view finder and a prism viewfinder for about $50. I have found I prefer using the waist level view finder on this camera. The light meter no longer works, so I just use an iPhone light meter app to give me the proper exposure.

I have primarily shot black and white film on this camera. The lenses are tack sharp and it is a nice experience to use this camera to photograph. I recently took this camera out on an outing at Ferry Point park shooting Kodak Portra 400 color film. I didn’t get the exposure correct, so most of the images were not usable.
