Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge

After recently moving to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, I have started photographing birds again. I made my first trip to Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge to scout out potential birding opportunities. I didn’t get many keeper photos, but I do like this one photo of egret. I heavily modified it in photoshop to give it a water color treatment. I printed this as an 11x14 on photo rag paper and framed it for our new home.
