World War II Weekend at Eisenhower Farm
Eisenhower National Historic Site annual World War II Weekend is a living history focused event that includes guest speakers, ranger guided tours, family activities, and more. Eisenhower’s farm is located in Gettysburg PA and I attended this event in 2014. This was during the period of time where I was going to multiple reenactments for my Civil War 150th project. These events are great to help you get over your fear of taking photos of strangers.
